National Chin Hwa University, MS, PhD, Material Sciences. National Taiwan University, BS, Physics. In addition expertise regarding the Semiconductor, Optoelectronics, and Flat Panel Display industries, Dr. Cheng is the Chief of National Chiao Tung University’s Semiconductor Center, and Vice Chairman of the National Nano-device Laboratory. Dr. Cheng is a full professor at National Chiao Tung University.
